Jeff Abercrombie

Jeff Abercrombie has been involved in one form or another of Bethel’s leadership for 10 years. He currently serves as the Creative Director overseeing and directly administrating the Worship elements of Bethel. Other responsibilities include profiling the Church among the community, advertising, and other visionary aspects.
Jeff and wife Melani live in Eureka with their 3 children. He enjoys all aspects of music and loves surfing. He’s known for not following traditional structures of modern day church and strives to live a life that reveals the power of the gospel without bowing to the limitations of religious structure.

Jeff has a strong anointing over him and in him to release others to their place of destiny, and to speak over them who they are, and what they’re going to be in God. Jeff is the vision holder and responsible for The Echo Lab, a monthly creative worship night. His heart longs for intimacy with the Father. This passion drives his desire to see a more holistic dynamic achieved in worship times, by encouraging a creative response from the individual and open participation. A practical example is the use of the fine arts.
He has a heart for networking and relationships. And is often times found leading worship at different venues using a network of musicians from a variety of local church families.
